500 W “air-free” high-frequency electrospindle
The 500 W, 100,000 rpm electrospindle means the technician does not have to buy a specific compressor.
Workable materials
It can mill every soft material — wax, PMMA, pre-sintered chrome-cobalt, PEEK — through to the hardest materials such as glass ceramic and composites.
Axis tilt up to ±30°
With a spindle tilt of up to ±30°, Vortex can carry out very complex work with pronounced undercuts. The open “C”-shaped disc allows 90° milling.

24 tools Automatic 24-tool magazine, built around high-precision sensor measurement and verification technology, guaranteeing reliability, repeatability and optimal precision on every machining cycle.
Movement on 5 axes Linear movement on 3 cartesian axes with ground ball screws driven by induction motors with absolute encoders for continuous position control, while the 2 rotary axes use the same motors with low-backlash epicyclic reducers.
Wet machining Machining hard materials such as composites and glass ceramics requires lubrication. The machine is fitted with two filters and a collection tank with a continuous recirculation pump.
Dry machining Vortex is fitted with sealed protective bellows on every axis, protecting the mechanical components and guaranteeing greater durability. Its connection to the central extraction system contains dust effectively, for a clean, safe working environment.
UPGRADE PATH Grow with Vector,
