VECTOR

Vector is the versatile milling machine developed by Dental Machine for dental prosthetics laboratories looking to make the most of CAD-CAM technology while ensuring a high return on investment.
Bench-top or on a dedicated cabinet and easy to operate, it combines intuitive CNC control with a continuous-interpolation 5-axis architecture, for precise, reliable and efficient daily production.
VECTOR, Dental Machine’s hybrid milling machine, enables the machining of all types of materials, dry or under lubrication, with total versatility.
Going against market standards, Dental Machine takes a resolutely industrial approach to design and manufacturing. Each machine is engineered to be solid, stable and durable, with a commitment to long-term reliability.
This technological backbone is Dental Machine’s signature and is found across every model in our family of machine tools, designed to support laboratory performance over the long term.
Key strengths
3.2 kW high-frequency spindle: thanks to its 3.2 kW spindle reaching 60,000 rpm, Vector enables the machining of all so-called “hard” materials, across every application, with power, precision and consistency.
18 tools, 6 mm shank: 18 automatic-change tools, integrating very high-precision sensor-based measurement and verification technology, ensuring maximum reliability, consistent repeatability and optimal precision at every machining cycle.
Axis tilt up to ±30°: thanks to a spindle tilt that can reach ±30°, Vector enables complex machining, including deep undercuts, offering maximum design freedom.
Workable materials: Vector offers extensive machining versatility, able to mill both soft materials — wax, PMMA, pre-sintered chrome-cobalt, PEEK — and the most demanding materials, such as glass-ceramic, composites, chrome-cobalt and titanium.
The design and the selection of high-end components are conceived to protect the laboratory’s investment, reduce the risk of breakdowns, ensure competitive machining times and optimise tool consumption. A sustainable approach in service of long-term profitability.
